Employee Benefits Enrollment Campaign

BACKGROUND: A global company wanted a unique way to engage employees in open enrollment and share changes and enhancements to benefits.

TIMELINE: 2 months development and design

PROBLEM: This was the first time in more than two decades that employees were required to go through an enrollment process for benefits. The company anticipated some resistance and anxiety around the unknown and needed to get ahead of the chatter with a confident and reassuring message.

BUSINESS GOAL: 100 percent enrollment and satisfied employees.

SOLUTION: A solid campaign with an elevated brand, uplifting message, and easy-to-understand materials rolled out over three months across 17 offices around the nation, including a benefits guide, pre-event promotion, presentation components, signage, digital, video, and in-office events.

SUCCESS METRIC: Engaged employees with 100% enrollment by the close of open enrollment.
